I - ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF: 01 person

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage existing personnel & recruit potential personnel for the Company when needed.

- Managing employees' activities for each day such as: grading conduct, evaluating work ethics, time and ensuring that employees comply with company rules.

- Ensure employees in the Company have a qualified working environment in terms of health as well as a safe workplace.

- Communication management, internal information. Combining with other departments to resolve conflicting issues in the Company if any.

- Training / periodic HR assessment.

- Manage & coordinate with the Accounting Department to set up monthly payroll.

- Update and manage legal documents of the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Have a university degree in HR or equivalent.

- Have good knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

- Have at least 5 years in the same position.

- Proficiency in English is an advantage.

II - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR: 01 person

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage and be responsible for the operation and results of the Technical Department, report directly to the Board of Directors.

- Receive handling information, support for related issues such as: product QA/QC, instructions for construction, use of products, instructions on how to handle problems when customers use products ... .

- Assigning personnel, coordinating with other departments on: Technical Department, Sales, Production, Construction, ...

- Make a table of risk prevention in production and construction, while getting products on the market

- Take the lead in researching and analyzing product defects, if any and fixing product defects/problems.

- Continuously update information on test results produced by the technical department and be responsible for responding to the reported data if in doubt.

- Responsible on behalf of the company to handle issues related to technical factors with customers so that customers are well-satisfied.

- Responsible for inspecting the current state of the project to propose construction technical options, as the basis for the Sale team to build quotes, establish construction procedures when company/customers request.

- Actively plan to guarantee warranty in accordance with the construction contract

- Responsible for handling technical issues, product quality at cement plants, concrete mixing plants, including the work of product testing, to ensure product quality on market.

- Responsible for supporting the Sale team in workshops, product training for customers.

- Responsible for studying, comparing and checking the competitors to report to the Board of Directors of the Company

- Building construction process for company products.

- Other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Have at least 5 years of experience in the position being applied.

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree of Construction or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Understand construction market, and construction chemical additive products is an advantage.

- Willing to travel when required.

- Fluent in English.

- Reading and understanding structural drawings, estimating volume extraction, and calculating volume of construction materials.

- Know the calculation of concrete mix, knowledge of cement production technology.

- Ability to make presentations.

III - R&D DIRECTOR: 01 person

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 - Supervise & operate the R&D department

• You will take ownership of the safety program for R&D employees ensuring a safe, productive work environment.
• You will develop a talent pipeline for R&D to ensure that people are being developed to fulfill the future needs of the business and will drive continuous improvement of the processes that support the business.
• You will establish key partnerships, both internally and externally, in support of driving and accelerating Bestmix’s innovation performance, including universities, vendors, customers, manufacturing, and commercial teams and will develop the R&D organization systematically, building a clear understanding of the capabilities and potential of the whole lab.

 

- Research, develop new products and monitor, improve existing products for Vietnam and foreign markets in accordance with the Board of Directors.

• You will help set the long-term vision and strategic direction for process and products in a customer-oriented manner while being accountable to the annual plan for enhanced margin creation and innovation productivity.
• You will help upgrade and remove any limitation from existing products.

 

- Planning & implementation guidance process for new products and directing to update existing product processes.

• Lead projects that support business efforts that move chemical processes from the lab into the production facility. Specific tasks will involve evaluating safety and regulatory requirements, assisting in writing plant operational instructions, coordinating efforts with plant engineers and operators, assisting developing and designing proper equipment, leading safety reviews of the process and supporting the operational staff during initial plant runs of the process.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Construction or related.

- R&D lab leading experience is preferred. 

- At least 7 years of experience. Experience with formulation in our industry is preferred

- Be diligent in the work and ensure the completion of the assigned work. The ability to drive a culture of sustainable innovation and strong execution

- Understanding of ISO quality management system.

- Candidates have the ability to communicate in English and understand English documents.

IV - R&D RESEARCHER/ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Appropriate selection of raw materials, product making and testing, data analysis and application of product formulation/knowledge to specifications and performance requirements. Proactively manage and drive raw material substitute.

- Accurate documentation and presentation of lab results and technical information. Plan, schedule, execute work, analyze results and make recommendations based on those results.

- Frequent and direct interaction with Marketing, Manufacturing, Regional Product Managers, and various support groups to ensure the successful commercialization of products

- Ability to work on project alone or with the team

- Maintain an accurate and detailed laboratory notebook to detail execution and results of experiments. Prepare written documents such as technical memos, reports, and technology transfer documentation

- Evaluate instruments, equipment, processes, and systems to improve safety, quality, and performance

- Develop more in depth technical and business knowledge regarding existing and new products. Identify potential Continuous Improvement opportunities and drive necessary actions for implementation.

- Other Duties as Assigned
